We’re looking for a Regional Operations Director who is organized, proactive, and experienced!
It might be you if have:
– bachelor’s degree in business or related field,
– willingness to travel daily within the dedicated area,
– proven minimum 2 years’ experience as a senior in retail field management position,
– ability to make critical decisions under pressure,
– excellent organizational skills,
– efficient communication proficiency,
– time and people management skills.

How will you make a difference with us?
– Create regional sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives;
– Support the Area Sales Director with day-to-day field operations;
– Evaluate region and store performances;
– Report on regional sales results;
– Forecast quarterly and annual profits;
– Identify hiring needs, select and train Area Sales Directors;
– Prepare and review the annual budget for the area of responsibility;
– Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth;
– Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions.
